Dennis Hern has been with Volkswagen of Van Nuys for 5 years.
He has 13 years of Volkswagen Service experience. He started as a technician, has worked his way through multiple service and parts positions. Dennis is now the Service Manager here at Volkswagen of Van Nuys and is solely responsible for managing and maintaining over 20 Volkswagen Certified Technicians, millions of dollars of state of the art equipment, and most importantly keeping our clients happy. He prides himself on insuring our customers’ vehicles are “Fixed right the First Time.” |

| Dennis is also a certified as a child passenger safety technician. He is available by appointment for any and all of your child safety needs. |

| Alex Olivares is the Assistant Service Manager and is one of the most valued members of our staff. He has been with our company for 16 years, and knows our Service Department inside and out. He is charged with maintaining the pre-delivery inspection center, pre-owned reconditioning department, and for providing all the technical support needed for all of our Certified Volkswagen Technicians. He has also built a loyal following of Volkswagen customers and continues to do so one customer at a time. Amongst his various skills and talents, he is our most efficient Spanish speaking member of the Service Department. |
